Exclusive Commercial License

Terms

• The licensee may use eligible AI music generated on Yew AI Music in commercial projects, including online video, social media, advertising, podcasts, presentations, games, and client work.
• The license is exclusive to the named licensee account for eligible generated outputs and does not transfer the Yew AI Music platform, model, software, trademarks, or service technology.
• The licensee remains responsible for prompts, uploaded inputs, lyrics, names, likenesses, melodies, and any third-party material supplied by the licensee.
• The license does not certify that third-party platforms, distributors, rights societies, or marketplaces will accept every work without additional review.
• This certificate is valid only for a Pro subscriber account in good standing and for works generated in compliance with Yew AI Music terms.
